AdventHealth is one of the leading nonprofit protestant healthcare providers. At the same time, Heart of Florida United Way is dedicated to addressing the most pressing challenges of the Central Florida community in collaboration with other companies and organizations.

Unveiling Challenges: The Vision of Transformation

AdventHealth and Heart of Florida United Way approached us with a strategic challenge: To adapt the “Be a Mindleader” campaign, initially targeted at the general market in Central Florida, to resonate with the Hispanic community. This initiative aimed to raise awareness about mental health in this community, foster meaningful conversations, and contribute to dismantling cultural stigmas associated with the topic.

To explore the landscape of opportunities, we conducted a series of focus groups with the Hispanic audience to understand their relationship with mental health and establish their willingness to engage.

Strategy Development

Based on a deep analysis of the target audience's relationship with mental health, we crafted a strategy aligned with AdventHealth and Heart of Florida United Way's objectives, focusing on Hispanic millennials.

Project Impact
