Ana Carolina Salazar is recognized as one of Orlando Business Journal’s 2022 “40 Under 40”
Our very own CEO and Founder, Ana Carolina Salazar, was recently recognized as one of the Orlando Business Journal’s 2022 “40 Under 40” honorees.
The OBJ’s “40 Under 40” award recognizes business owners, entrepreneurs, innovators, and job creators who are 40 years old or younger and have played a key role in shaping our local community by taking on leadership roles, streamlining business processes, building strong teams, and going above and beyond in their respective positions and the community.
“The feeling is surreal. I want to take this opportunity to share this recognition with my family, team members and those in the Central Florida Hispanic business community who have supported me through all my endeavors. This is not only for me but for all Hispanics out there that think they will never be recognized for their hard work and dedication.” stated Ana Carolina.
At the award ceremony, she was joined by some wonderful guests, including Gaby Ortigoni, President and CEO of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando (HCCMO), Katia Medina, Vice President of Prospera, and her father, Juan Carlos Salazar, who has provided her with unconditional support throughout her entrepreneurial journey.
“Ana Carolina’s recognition with the distinction of “40 under 40″ is another great achievement of which we all feel very proud. I was present, and when they called on her, my hands were shaking, and my voice broke. I celebrate the successes of Ana, Francia, and Carlos more than my own achievements. This is proof of how hard Ana Caro and her team works,” stated Juan Carlos Salazar.s.
“Ana Carolina is an entrepreneur with a passion to serve the community. She is not only a leader, but an extraordinary human being. I have had the opportunity to see her grow professionally, see how she never takes no for an answer and see how she has overcome the barriers that have helped her become a better version of herself every day.” stated Katia Medina.
As a Venezuelan immigrant, Ana Carolina understands the importance of companies establishing meaningful connections between their brands and the U.S. Hispanic market through creative digital tactics and a culturally relevant approach.
Since our inception, Ana Carolina has helped over 50 small businesses and entrepreneurs. In the last year, she has experienced 84% growth in revenue, tripled her staff, and provided internship opportunities to students locally and abroad.
Our recent recognitions reflect the tremendous growth and evolution we arecurrently experiencing. Last year, we became accredited as a Google Ad Partner and was recognized by the Orlando Magic as “Small Business of the Month.” Later that same year, Ana Carolina received MADcon’s Top 100 Marketing and Advertising Leaders Award and BOLD became certified as a State of Florida & Orange County Minority and Woman-Owned Business, driving us to continue working towards inclusion and diversity.
Ana’s recognition as a “40 Under 40” honoree motivates us to continue helping small and mid-sized businesses connect with the Hispanic community and make a difference.
We are sure that the Orlando community will continue to hear much more about Ana Carolina Salazar and Bold Digital Marketing Studio.
