ABOUT
Ana Carolina Salazar is the CEO and founder of BOLD, a Hispanic digital marketing agency with a clear mission: to help brands connect meaningfully and authentically with the growing U.S. Hispanic market through culturally relevant strategy and storytelling.
She launched BOLD in 2019, inspired by her experience leading the “Color de Vida” campaign for the American Cancer Society. During that project, Ana Carolina saw how many Hispanic women were unaware of available resources due to a lack of cultural outreach. That insight sparked the creation of BOLD—a company that, to date, has supported over 120 entrepreneurs, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations across the U.S.
Under her leadership, BOLD has grown exponentially, achieving over 1000% in revenue growth and expanding its team from 3 to 16 professionals around the world. For Ana Carolina, BOLD is more than a business—it’s a movement rooted in culture, purpose, and impact.
